Y’all, we’ve been talking about goals a lot lately. Like a LOT. I think a big part of that is because last year I had no goals and no real direction, aside from making sure my kids were alive, healthy, and happy at the end of the day. I felt like I was floundering. I felt lost, and I was really hard on myself.
This year I feel inspired to be a better me. I want to be more present and in the moment with my family. I want to be healthier by working out and making better food choices. Don’t believe me? I’m currently writing this as I work out on the stationary bike! It’s great fun, you should definitely try this. Thank goodness for a bluetooth keyboard and AppleTV!
I’ve given you ideas for your own goals and resolutions, and I finally took the time to figure out what I wanted to accomplish year. Then I realized I never told you how I plan on tackling all of these goals, and I never gave you any tips for success, either. That changes now!
