April is the perfect time to get back on track  (or any time is, really), and that’s exactly what I’m doing. To help keep me motivated this month, I’ve made a list of over 30 of my favorite fitness quotes!

  3. I love the one about getting your mind in shape. That is so true! I find that I need to mentally prepare myself for working out more. Whenever I do a major detox, I have to mentally prepare also.

    • Thanks, Kristen! When I first started working out again I got that soreness comes with it, and it just made me feel so good. There’s nothing else that feels like that, and I wore it like a badge of honor!
