I’m so excited this morning! I’ve got my first ever guest post going live at Stay at Home Yogi. If you’ve never seen her blog before, it’s amazing. Erin is an incredible woman, a mother of 2 boys, wife, blogger, virtual assistant, and more! We found each other on Twitter a few months ago, and we’ve been blogging besties ever since.
When she asked if I wanted to swap guest posts, I immediately knew what I wanted to write about for her: yoga. I’m not as experienced or knowledgeable about it as she is, but it’s something I love. Here’s a little preview for you:
Let me preface everything here by saying I am a novice yogi. I’m about as new at this as I could be, but I immediately fell in love with yoga. I first tried yoga because after my twin pregnancy I wanted to start working out again, but I knew I needed to take it slowly. You could say it was love at first pose. I was hooked after just one session. After practicing for a few months, I’m amazed at how I feel now. Yoga makes me a more blissful mom.
